SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, LAND PLOTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively through our website.
Products and Services may have limited availability and may be subject to specific conditions concerning allocation, preparation, personalization, delivery, cancellation and refund.
Descriptions of products and Services, including images, dimensions, locations and other information, are intended to provide customers with a reasonable description of the item or Service being offered.
We have made reasonable efforts to display product images, colours and other visual representations accurately.
However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any device accurately represents actual colours or appearance.
We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to limit sales of our products or Services to particular persons, geographic regions or jurisdictions.
We may also limit the quantities of products or Services available for purchase.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product or Service at any time.
Any offer made through this website is void where prohibited by law.
SECTION 6 – LAND / PLOT PURCHASE, ALLOCATION AND REFUND POLICY
Certain IRELAND TITLES products may involve the purchase, assignment or allocation of a specific land plot associated with a customer's order.
Customers may request an unconditional cancellation and refund only while the relevant land or plot has not yet been purchased, allocated or otherwise assigned to the customer's order.
Once the relevant plot has been purchased, allocated or assigned in connection with an order, the transaction becomes final and the land-related portion of the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
The process of purchasing and/or allocating a plot normally takes approximately 24 to 72 hours following placement of the order.
This period is an approximate processing estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed cancellation or refund period.
The purchase or allocation of the plot may occur sooner than 24 hours or, depending on administrative and processing circumstances, may take longer than 72 hours.
Accordingly, refund eligibility is determined by whether the associated plot has already been purchased or allocated, rather than solely by the number of hours that have elapsed since the order was placed.
For example, if the relevant plot is purchased or allocated twelve hours after an order is placed, a refund request submitted after that allocation may no longer be accepted even though 24 hours have not yet elapsed.
Customers who wish to cancel their purchase should therefore contact IRELAND TITLES as soon as possible after placing their order.
If we confirm that the plot has not yet been purchased, allocated or assigned, the order may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our payment and refund procedures.
Once the plot has been purchased, allocated or assigned, no refund can be provided for the land/plot purchase except where otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
SECTION 7 – CERTIFICATES, COUNTY WICKLOW DOCUMENTATION AND PHYSICAL DELIVERY
IRELAND TITLES may provide certificates, digital documents, printed documents and other materials relating to the customer's order.
Where a particular order includes a document that is separately issued, certified, stamped, recorded or validated by Wicklow County Council or another competent governmental authority in County Wicklow, Ireland, such official status applies only where it is expressly stated and verifiable on the relevant official document itself.
IRELAND TITLES does not represent that every certificate provided through the Service is issued, certified, endorsed or verified by Wicklow County Council or any other governmental authority.
Unless expressly identified as an official governmental document, certificates designed and provided by IRELAND TITLES are private certificates created in connection with the relevant product or Service and should not be interpreted as a governmental certificate, deed, noble title or official public record.
Physical certificate delivery
Physical shipment of Land Ownership Certificates and physical ownership documentation is currently available only to delivery addresses located within the United States of America.
IRELAND TITLES does not provide physical shipment of Land Ownership Certificates to addresses located outside the United States.
Customers located outside the United States will ordinarily receive their certificate and applicable documentation electronically, including by email or other digital delivery method made available by IRELAND TITLES.
Any website reference to a “printed certificate”, “printed pack”, “physical certificate”, “physical ownership certificate” or similar physical documentation is therefore subject to this geographic shipping restriction.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by IRELAND TITLES in writing, physical ownership certificate delivery is available exclusively within the United States.
The restriction applies to the physical shipment of the certificate and does not necessarily prevent customers residing outside the United States from purchasing eligible digital products or Services.
Physical certificate production and shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, printing requirements and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 8 – NATURE OF CERTIFICATES AND OWNERSHIP PRODUCTS
Please note that purchasing a product through IRELAND TITLES does not constitute the purchase of a legally recognized noble title.
Products referring to styles, titles or similar terminology are provided for enjoyment, novelty, gifting and entertainment purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Certificates produced by IRELAND TITLES are designed by IRELAND TITLES.
Unless expressly accompanied by separately identifiable official documentation, an IRELAND TITLES certificate does not constitute governmental verification, registration or certification.
We do not guarantee that any private certificate supplied by IRELAND TITLES will be accepted by governments, financial institutions, courts, registries or any other third party as an official document.
No statement on this website should be interpreted as guaranteeing official governmental recognition of a private certificate.
Where applicable, the nature, extent and conditions of any plot-related interest are determined by the documentation specifically associated with the relevant product.
IRELAND TITLES also supports afforestation, environmental protection and green conservation activities through the use of company capital and resources.
SECTION 9 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address or shipping address.
These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, payment card, billing address or shipping address.
If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our reasonable judgment, appear to have been placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, distributors or persons attempting to misuse our Services.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, payment information and other details necessary to complete transactions and communicate with you.

We shall not be responsible for loss or damage arising solely from your use of third-party tools, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion and you are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms imposed by the relevant third-party provider.
We may introduce additional Services, tools, resources or features in the future.
Any such new features or Services shall also be subject to these Terms.

Certain content, products and Services available through our website may include materials, services or links provided by third parties.
Third-party links may direct you to websites that are not owned, controlled or operated by IRELAND TITLES.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the accuracy, content, products, services, policies or practices of third-party websites.
We do not warrant or assume responsibility for third-party materials, websites, products or Services.
IRELAND TITLES shall not be liable for harm or damages arising from transactions made directly between you and unrelated third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You should carefully review the relevant third party's policies and practices before entering into any transaction.
Questions, complaints or claims relating exclusively to third-party products or Services should normally be directed to the relevant third party.
SECTION 12 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

This provision does not require you to indemnify IRELAND TITLES for matters for which IRELAND TITLES itself is legally responsible.

Any unenforceable portion shall be treated as severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities incurred by the parties before termination shall survive termination where their nature requires them to do so.
These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by either you or IRELAND TITLES.
You may discontinue use of our Services at any time.
If we reasonably determine that you have materially failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service in accordance with applicable law.
Termination does not remove any payment obligation or other liability validly incurred before the termination date.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies, notices and operating rules posted by us in relation to the Service, constitute the agreement between you and IRELAND TITLES regarding your use of the Service.
They supersede prior or contemporaneous communications relating to the same subject matter, except where expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained within these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
No ambiguity within these Terms shall automatically be interpreted against either party solely because that party participated in drafting the Terms.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which IRELAND TITLES provides Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to the customer.

We reserve the right, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, to update, modify or replace any portion of these Terms by publishing revised Terms through the website.
